We will be discussing the benefits of going ‘dairy free’ such as clearer skin, allergy relief, less inflammation in your body and weight loss as well as where your going to get your calcium from.

You will have a tasting plate on the day, a workbook of recipes from the day & information on the benefits of going ‘dairy free’.
All recipes are vegan & paleo friendly & free from: dairy, gluten, eggs, refined sugars.
