I started on my holistic health journey 6 months ago with Aurora and I can easily say it is the best thing that I have ever done. 
The knowledge I have gained is something that I will never forget, I used to just look at food as something to eat but now I look at it in a completely different way and I love that I do!

I was also taught about gratitude's and the affect they have on you just by writing them down, or saying them out loud to yourself can completely change your frame of mind and how you feel.
This was extremely beneficial for me as I was constantly down in the dumps and doubting myself however this has since changed.

If you are looking for a health coach I wouldn't go any further than Aurora, she is the best out there and I couldn't recommend anyone higher.
