How to get your body to be a fat burner and minimise cravings for something sweet…?

We will be delving into the difference between traditional keto vs healthy keto, which is a refined version of keto, focusing on keeping the body alkalised and eating good fats that nourish the body without the inflammatory foods that are generally consumed in a more traditional keto diet, along side tips on how to navigate your way through a keto lifestyle.

Learn how to make tasty healthy keto options.

  • spiced kale & zucchini bone broth soup

  • green keto smoothie

  • spiced cauliflower rice w/ green herbed salsa & sauerkraut

  • asian papaya slaw

  • peanut butter choc fudge w/ collagen & medicinal mushrooms

You will have a tasting plate on the day, a workbook of recipes from the day & information on the benefits of keto.

All recipes are paleo friendly & free from: dairy, gluten, eggs, refined sugars.

Number of attendees will be limited so REGISTER your interest as soon as possible to secure a place. Sunday 28th of July 2.30pm till 4.30pm, $70 per person.
