As we age our bodies ability to make collagen starts to slow down so in this workshop we will be discussing benefits of collagen, types of collagen, lifestyle and nutrition that can protect your existing collagen as well as how to naturally boost collagen production, as usual there will be tasty recipes based around boosting collagen production.

You will be tasting and testing recipes on the day as well as taking home a work booklet with recipes and lifestyle tips for do’s and don’ts of collagen production.
All recipes are paleo friendly.
