Learn how to make a wholesome nutrient dense food that tastes delicious!! This workshop is the perfect blend of learning healthy recipes and learning new healthy lifestyle tips to incorporate into your daily lifestyle over the festive break for optimal health.
The recipes on the day are free from gluten, refined sugars and dairy, they are also vegan and paleo friendly.
On the day we will be making and eating :)

- super green smoothie
- beet kraut
- persian cauliflower rice
- middle eastern herb & seed salad
- smokey nut cheese
You will have tasting plates on the day as well workbooks with recipes from the day.
