Come and join me in the kitchen & learn how to easily create fermented foods & about gut health!!
We will be making;
- Sauerkraut
- Kimchi
- Pickled asian chilli's
- Watermelon & strawberry kombucha
- Fermented smoky cheese
- Aloe water
You will have a tasting plate on the day as well as be going home with jars of sauerkraut, recipes from the day as well information on how to incorporate fermented foods into your daily lifestyle and the importance of doing so.
Number of attendees will be limited so REGISTER your interest as soon as possible to secure a place. Sunday 25th of June 4pm till 6pm, $70 per person.
