Join me in the kitchen & learn how to introducing fermented foods into your daily lifestyle is one of the most important self-care skills you can take up for optimal health.

Good health begins in our GUT - our gut has a combination of good & bad live bacteria living in our intestinal tract & depending on the foods we consume & lifestyle we live we are either feeding the good bacteria or.... we are feeding the bad bacteria.

Learn how easy it is to make fermented foods & how cost effective it can be.

  • fermented smokey cashew cheese
  • kombucha
  • ginger & tumeric fermented fizz
  • coconut yoghurt
  • pickled asian chilli's

You will have a tasting plate on the day as well as be going home with jars of sauerkraut, recipes from the day as well information on how & when to incorporate fermented foods into your daily lifestyle.
