We will being talking about all things gut health & learning how to make different fermented foods to add to your daily lifestyle .
We will be making;
- Sauerkraut, apple, fennel & kale
- Fermented blueberry chia jam
- Pickled asian chilli's
- Kombucha
- Fermented smokey herbed cheese
- Aloe water
You will have a tasting plate on the day as well as be going home with jars of sauerkraut, recipes from the day as well information on how to incorporate fermented foods into your daily lifestyle and the importance of doing so.
