Come and join me in the kitchen & learn how to easily create fermented foods.
We will be making;
- Sauerkraut
- Fermented beetroot relish
- Pickled asian chilli's
- Kombucha
- Fermented smoky cheese
- Aloe water
You will have a tasting plate on the day as well as be going home with jars of sauerkraut, recipes from the day as well information on how to incorporate fermented foods into your daily lifestyle and the importance of doing so.
Number of attendees will be limited so REGISTER your interest as soon as possible to secure a place. Sunday 7th of May 4pm till 6pm, $70 per person.
